Functieomschrijving
As an operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up, operating, and converting production machines;
- Checking and replenishing production materials;
- Monitoring the production process;
- Performing quality checks;
- Identifying and resolving mechanical issues;
- Assisting with maintenance tasks;
- Keeping machines and the workplace clean.
Voorwaarden

- A gross monthly salary of approximately €3,000 including bonuses;
- A 20% shift allowance;

Functie eisen
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
- You have a good command of the English and Polish language (Dutch is a plus);
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a production environment (e.g., as a production worker or in logistics);
- You are eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable;
- You are motivated to become an operator or to grow in this role;
- You are open to working in a 3-shift system.
