In this position, you carry out precise and skilled work, where your craftsmanship directly contributes to high‑quality end products and a cleaner, greener future. As a grinder, you play an essential role in the production process. You ensure that all components are finished to perfection and meet the high quality standards upheld by the company.
Your responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and assessing route cards, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Performing an LMRA and taking all necessary safety precautions before starting work.
- Setting up and preparing the required equipment.
- Operating electric grinding tools to carefully finish surfaces and weld seams.
- Registering and scanning completed tasks in the system.
- Visually inspecting the final result, with close attention to the quality of weld seams.
- Contributing to a safe, organized, and clean working environment.

We are looking for motivated candidates who meet the following requirements:
- You hold a VCA-Basic and Aerial Work Platform (Hoogwerker) certificate, or you are willing to obtain these in the near future.
- You have sufficient command of Dutch or English to communicate safely and clearly in the workplace.
- You have experience in the metal industry or have completed a technical education related to metalworking.
