Assembly Technician | 2-Shift Schedule

What will you do?

As an Assembly Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling mechanical and mechatronic systems based on technical drawings and work instructions;
• Using hand tools and working with various technical components;
• Checking and testing assembled products to ensure they meet quality requirements;
• Working according to established procedures, safety regulations and quality standards;
• Performing assembly work in a clean and organised production environment;
• Identifying potential improvements and contributing ideas for process optimisation;
• Working closely with colleagues from different departments to improve quality and efficiency;
• Preparing, checking and packaging finished products for shipment.

Precision and quality are essential in this position. You work in a structured way, pay attention to detail and take responsibility for the quality of your work.

• A gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,500, depending on your experience and technical skills;
• 16% shift allowance for working in a 2-shift schedule;

Working hours

You will work in a 2-shift system:

06:00 – 14:00

14:00 – 22:00

• Experience in assembly, mechanical work or a technical production environment is an advantage;

• You are able to work independently as well as part of a team;
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift schedule;

Technical experience is important, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally valuable.
